Four Rooms Scene Recreation
Director, Editor, DP, Producer (2020)
My final for Directing Actors. After an underwhelming process of Zoom rehearsals, I was super glad to see this scene come together when my actors and I arrived on set. With the props and location and wardrobe in sight, the entire vibe of the set changed and we all locked into what we were doing. Very weird movie originally, but I’m very happy with how this version played out.
this just isn’t working anymore.
Director of Photography, Editor, Colorist (2020)
My final for Basic Cinematography. Continuing almost where the poetry assignment left off, I wanted to dive deeper into what relationships look like under the rule of COVID. Acting aside, I wanted to capture the rawness and feelings as best I could visually. I think the colors play particularly well in advancing the underlying story.
Story Exchange
Director, DP, Sound (2020)
This incredibly personal piece was my first project for Directing Actor’s for the Screen. The project went as follows: tell your actor a story from your past, then the actor has free will to turn your story into a performance piece. Lastly, direct, mold, and capture their performance on camera. Actor: Jordan Radis.
Unbound
Director of Photography, Colorist (2020)
Inspired by the poem included in the video’s YouTube description, this short piece explores the difficulties of long distance relationships and the multitude of emotions that can arise from it. I wanted to capture the longing for touch juxtaposed with the sense of self (and particularly the shared part of yourself that you lose after a break up).
Sunday Morning
Director of Photography, Colorist (2020)
Shot on a peaceful (you guessed it!) Sunday Morning, this was my baseline assignment for my Basic Cinematography class. Although I used my girlfriend as an actress, I wanted to capture my daily 2020 routine in a simple piece: doom-scrolling in bed, the drudgery of eliminating mask-breath, and enjoying the crossword over coffee.
Coronavirus isn’t the only pandemic
Producer, Animator, Editor (2020)
Completed in less than 8 hours, this personalized piece looks at how the coronavirus has affected gun violence in the United States. Though some claim it’s gotten better, I argue that those opinions look in entirely the wrong place.
The Coronavirus is Unbanning Plastic Bags, Unnecessarily
Producer, Animator, Editor (2020)
As is usually the case, the issue of plastic/single-use bags during the time of coronavirus is not as black and white as it seems. In this op-doc, I dissect both sides of the debate from an environmental and medical point of view.
Boys Can Cry Too
Director, Cinematographer, Editor (2020)
A music video that asks what it’s like to be truly alone. When dreams and real life begin to mix at an unhealthy level, this character struggles to choose which one to stick with.
Say Hello to LensFerry
Writer, Animator, V.O. (2019)
A short, lead-generating advertisement video that I made over several weeks during my summer internship at EyeCare Prime, a department of CooperVision. It highlights the top 4 features of what their newest software, LensFerry, has to offer.

Every Cup of Coffee
Director, Editor (2018)

Scene Recreation
Director, Cinematographer, Editor (2018)
A (pretty much) shot-for-shot recreation of the final scene from David Fincher’s The Social Network (2011). Maybe one day I’ll go back and mix the sound.
Foundations Vlog
Creator (2018)
I filmed a little bit of my life for two weeks straight and this was the result. It was definitely fun to make, but I can definitely see why I constantly burn myself out now.
Do Not Come Here
Creator (2018)
The prompt I had for this assignment was literally to make something “weird/primitive in the style of Cinema of Transgression filmmaking.” It’s definitely… that.
Warning: Contains graphic imagery and some violence.
My $2,500 Food Problem
Creator (2018)
So as I write this description in May of 2018, I realize that I didn’t exactly do anything about the revelation that I come to in this video, but I came to a revelation nonetheless.
2017 in Review
Creator (2017)
I realized on December 30th that I had a pretty damn good year, and so I sat down and put it all in one video. I really love how it turned out. It’s a whirlwind, just like my 2017.

Who Am I
Creator (2016)
This was the movie I made to try and get into Chapman University film program. I’m pretty happy with how it came out, but apparently Chapman wasn’t. It’s fine I’m fine I’m not salty at all.
Collage of My Life
Creator (2016)
Completely over the top, this is how my Financial Literacy class got to know me senior year. I really wish I stayed true to the goals, but nevertheless, this was a hit throughout my high school.
Frankenstein
Cinematographer, VFX Artist, Editor (2016)
Mary Shelley’s classic Frankenstein told in modern times. Shot and edited over the course of 7 weeks, this was a big piece that allowed me to focus on one skillset at a time.
Making a Movie

Based on Arthur Miller’s play, this project allowed my acting career to really take off, along with the production value associated with a tiny English class project. #B&W
Within the Woods
Co-Director, Editor, Actor (2015)
Not gonna lie, just please don’t watch this one if you have any love and/or respect for me at all. It had a lot of potential at the time but none of the execution is there unfortunately :(
Double Hit
Director, Cinematographer, Editor (2015)
The first project that I walked away entirely proud of. From renting lenses to hiding mistakes with VFX, a lot of work went into this one over several months.
Amnesiac
Cinematographer, Producer, Actor (2015)
This was the first time I wasn’t the driving force of a project, so it was fun to just be responsible for making it look good and nothing else. Also the beginning of an amazing friendship.
The Telephone
Director, Cinematographer, Editor, VFX Artist (2014)
Made for the inaugural My Rode Reel Film Contest, this early piece was a blast to make with some great friends. As an “Intro to Filmmaking” film, I relish in just how far I’ve come.
